- Permanent full-time role (to commence July 2024)
- Salary (Level 3 Officer): $74,547 to $80,559 per annum (FTE) inclusive of annual leave loading plus superannuation
- Based at Hilton
- Rostered day off per month

If you are reliable, motivated and have a proven ability to learn new technology and systems you could be a great addition to the Council's Information Management team.
It is essential you have proven office administration experience, well-developed problem solving and communication skills along with a strong focus and commitment to providing quality customer service.
Additionally, as part of the recruitment process, a current National Police Clearance (within six months of issue) will be necessary to meet the requirements of the role.
Note: The CWT is a COVID-19 vaccinated workplace, so if successful in gaining employment with the CWT you will be required to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status indicating you have received your two primary doses (or three primary doses if immunocompromised) or alternately your SA Health approved vaccination exemption.
What you'll do
In the role of Information Management Officer, your primary responsibilities will include activities such as registering incoming correspondence, production/distribution of council meeting agendas/minutes, records management tasks and timely dissemination of internal, incoming and outgoing mail.
You will also be expected to:
- Manage stationery supplies within Civic Centre including liaison with customers, ordering and monitoring stock levels.
- Provide trouble-shooting support to users of the EDRMS and other general records management functions and act as a Key User contact for internal customers.
