About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, awareness for our innovation and customer acquisition to deliver business objectives of GP$ growth.
You will lead a tactical marketing team based in the Philippines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Innovation to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
As part of a small family business, you must be willing to get involved tactically as well as have a good grasp and ability to participate strategically with marketing, including a solid knowledge of budgeting and PnL finances.
You will need to gain a solid, hands-on understanding of the product range, customers' key frustrations, needs and the workflows in which the product is used, to provide clarity in the marketing message delivered to the market.
This role is full time based in our Head Office, Gympie QLD
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Drive lead generation efforts through various marketing channels. Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
- Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers through targeted marketing efforts and customer engagement initiatives.
- Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
- Comply with Company Policies and Procedures
- Role Model the company core values within the team, discuss regularly with colleagues, and promote these behaviours within your team.
- Be a champion for adoption of National Team systems and collaboration between the National Team working against ‘silo-effect’.
About You:
- Real World Experience of Marketing strategically & tactically, whilst managing a team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally have a knowledge of Hubspot as a Marketing Platform.
