This role sits within the Performance Marketing team. The GrowthOps growth marketing practice combines all owned and paid channels to deliver holistic ongoing and campaign based strategies and activities that deliver growth for our clients. Our capability within digital marketing spans display, SEM, affiliate, content (written, visual, and interactive), SEO, CRO, social, data/analytics, SMS as CRM & email.
This breadth of capability within the performance marketing space enables GrowthOps to deliver channel agnostic plans to not only identify, engage and convert new clients, but also to help define and deliver unique and valuable customer experiences beyond acquisition.
About your new role!
As the Head of Paid Media through consulting and project management excellence, digital strategic expertise, you will:
- Drive the creation of client strategy across the areas of the business.
- Develop and execute successful solutions, tools and services, in collaboration with the team, to enable clients to achieve their marketing and advertising objectives.
- Actively consult with clients and the team regarding marketing objectives, audience segmentation, SEO and other issues and challenges confronting the businesses.
- Identify strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion sales across GrowthOps Performance, and oversee the digital execution within the paid media team.
- Strategically drive new technologies within the business, both for clients and the broader agency, keeping pace with the latest opportunities to improve business performance and ROI.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Paid Media
- People Leadership - experience in leading a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills with experience in performance marketing platforms
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
