As our Head of People & Culture at MOVABLE, your role will be guiding HR strategies to meet business goals and our teams needs.
Reporting to our Managing Partner, you will lead:
- HR Leadership: Advising and supporting our management team.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Overseeing onboarding and performance reviews.
- Organisational Development & Change Management: Advocating our mission and guiding change.
- Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement: Collaborating on initiatives and process improvements.
- Investigations & Disciplinary Processes: Managing performance and grievances.
Key Requirements:
- HR expertise across organisational levels.
- Conflict resolution and policy implementation skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience.
