AddressWe currently have a unique opportunity to join our award-winning business in a Head of PMO role. Reporting through to our Microsoft Practice – Practice Director and working alongside our sales and delivery teams, you will play a key role in coordinating our Australian and New Zealand clients’ requirements. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the PMO team in Australia and New Zealand, providing leadership and oversight of project management staff, as well as fostering excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities;
- Ensure adherence to wider organisational project governance, methodologies and standards
- Establish and maintain project methods, governance, standards and templates.
- Establish and maintain project operational tools (such as SharePoint for documentation management) and resource access to such tools.
- Work with all leadership teams and wider project resources to track, manage and report on: schedule, risks and issues, actions, changes, dependencies and deliverables.
To be successful you will need;
- Proven experience delivering large, complex programmes within the business applications, ERP space, ideally within a consulting environment
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in leadership roles
- Preference will be given to candidates with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 project delivery
- Ability to liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members and stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organisation
- Experience lead/coaching/mentoring PMO team members
- Outstanding client engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Previous experience working in federal government would be highly beneficial
