The Head of PME role lies integral to the successful execution of Data and Process Governance of Institutional’ s TSC Operations function which sits in Institutional COO. The role will lead a team which have three core functions: 1. Continuous improvement, 2. Project/Change Management and Governance, 3 Supporting our People. This function is a global support function for Institutional TSC Operations which globally is ~400 FTE and reports to the Global Head of TSC Operations, Institutional.
What will your day look like
Drive efficiency and process improvement; maximize STP underpinned by data.
Management of Product & Policy changes, including Comms, Remediation work, support procedures and change training.
Compliments the broader data and digital strategy and is a beacon of a well-managed change function and is well connected with technology partners.
Systems & Change release management; optimization, prioritization, Incident management, Training and associated process due to system changes
Standards, consistent business processes and controls
Market leading, maximized preventative and detective control framework.
Data governance model, Limit and Loan Data Council, to manage existing data or new data in a standardised, structured, and well-managed way.
KPI’s leverage by hub and country teams to measure what matters, delivering quality insights to customers and frontline.
KRI’s measuring leading and lagging data markers to run a well-managed business.
Capacity modelling and planning coordination.
Advisory service supporting our core operations team.
Provide clarity of business process, documentation, data and process map maintenance
Custodian of tools, training, accreditations that will support the growth of our people in all locations
What will you bring?

Customer coaching mindset
Leadership experience
Solid product knowledge of International Trade & SupplyChain Operations
Should hold sound Knowledge of Trade System architecture and back-end systems integration.
Must hold project/change management experience and should be able to independently handle them globally for TSC Ops
Preferably be a CDCS or CSDG qualified
15-20 years working experience in Institutional banking operations preferably in Trade with 10 years in a leadership position and minimum 5 years working experience in handling Production management and engagement function or similar roles.
