The Head of Property Management is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Property Management department, ensuring the achievement and success of each office and associated annual budget, employee engagement, and retention, and driving strong team performance and professionalism.
Working closely with the executive team, the head of Property Management will be responsible for:
- Leadership of the Property Management team and day- to- day operations
- Driving business growth through strategic initiatives and client acquisition
- Ensuring all targets and budgets are achieved
- Streamline and develop current policies and procedures
- Direct contact with tenants and landlords
- Recruit, train and coach PM team, fostering a success-oriented environment

The Candidate:
We looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Property Management (desirable)
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience managing a high performing team
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
