Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island is the leading boutique hotel on Kangaroo Island, with 15 accommodations, 10-12 onsite staff at all times and a dining room/restaurant capacity of 40 guests.
Situated 25 km from Penneshaw the nearest township, on a spectacular 250 acre seafront estate with secluded beach, we receive guests from all over the world.
An opportunity exists for an exceptionally motivated hospitality couple (attach both resumes) to work with the General Manager and management team at Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island: www.seadragonkangarooisland.com. We are seeking a couple due to limited available accommodation on-site as included in the package.
We also welcome an international couple who may be interested in sponsorship to Australia after a proven period of success and the candidates desire for a longer term position.
As part of our management team, you will be expected to develop a sense of ownership of our accommodation, F&B and integrated small-group touring operations, helping to ensure great customer experiences.
Due to the small size of the Sea Dragon team, our managers are expected to be hands-on and involved in operations in conjunction with the team.
Must have experience / skills
- One member to be a chef or qualified cook
- One member to have front of house experience
- High level of customer service
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Drivers Licence
- Flexibility, plus experience and preparedness to being “on call”.
Nice to have
- Extra skills such as maintenance, HR, tour guiding or heavy vehicle licence.
- Experience working at a regional or remote property.
