Head of Property Management

We are looking for an experienced Department Head to oversee the functional operation of a hugely successful Property Management department. This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and the ability to implement policies and procedures whilst managing a close knit Property Management team. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to the team. 

Day to day:

• The go to person for all PM staff.
• Contact point for any escalated issues.
• Management of all new external relationships.
• Monthly reporting responsibility.
• Maintain key relationships with the sales team.
• Maintain New Business growth and assist with driving new business and leasing teams..
• Oversight of all governance and compliance associated with the Property Management department.
• Business unit budget planning.
• Proactive support and development of the Property Management team.

The Person:

• Have a strong Real Estate background and have held similar roles previously.
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration.
• Sound industry related legislation knowledge.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Possess strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
