Day to day:
- The go to person for all PM staff.
- Contact point for any escalated issues.
- Management of all new external relationships.
- Monthly reporting responsibility.
- Maintain key relationships with the sales team.
- Maintain New Business growth and assist with driving new business and leasing teams..
- Oversight of all governance and compliance associated with the Property Management department.
- Business unit budget planning.
- Proactive support and development of the Property Management team.
- Have a strong Real Estate background and have held similar roles previously.
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration.
- Sound industry related legislation knowledge.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Possess strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
