Head Of Sales

What You Can ExpectAs our Head of CX Sales, APJ, you’ll play a crucial role in accelerating our growth. You will work closely with customers, partners and other Zoomies across the organization. You will be responsible for hiring, enabling, and managing a team of Zoom CX Sales Specialists. You will collaborate with other sales and channel leaders in the region, to define strategy and execute on go-to-market plans.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years’ experience in software sales with specific expertise in Customer Experience and/or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
• Have experience building and leading a sales team in key regions in the APAC market
• Be able to provide feedback, coaching, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity level and implement process efficiency changes
• Have a solid collaboration record; partner and liaison with all levels and departments within an organization.
