About the role:
In this role you will provide mentoring and coaching to your sales team and be a leader that can inspire others to be high performers.
- Train, motivate and advise a large team of Account Managers to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
- Lead the sales team with a hands on approach whilst ensuring accountability is maintained
- Build teamwork and a positive culture throughout the Sales team
- Represent the company effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Identify lead indicators and be flexible with plans and implement the right strategies to address continually changing market.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals analysing performance data and making forecasts.
- Designing programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Understanding and communicating the organisations value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
- Monitoring supply and demand, competitor offers and market requirements to determine and adjust pricing levels.
- Forecasting and creating annual sales budgets for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.
- Analysing market trends and customer feedback
- Work with key stakeholders including the SLT and directors of the business.
- Understand and comply with WHS and Quality policies and procedures, safe work instructions, safe operating procedures and legislative requirements.
About you:
The Sales Manager shall possess a positive work ethic and collaborative team attitude while demonstrating a genuine personal commitment to strive towards continued organisational improvement and alignment of company values.
- Vast experience in leading a large Sales team of Account Managers

- Managing and achieving sales budgets and customer growth

- Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail with figures and reports. and

- Motivated and level headed individual
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Managed a CRM system to drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
