About the Role
The Head of Talent and DEI&B, ANJ plays a pivotal role in building capability and enhancing employee engagement through effective talent development strategies ensuring attraction, retention and engagement of leaders and the broader organisation. The scope of this role includes talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, diversity & inclusion and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the annual talent management and talent development cycles while offering support, guidance and training to the HRBPs and leaders.
- Designing and delivering strategic people initiatives and projects to drive organisational performance across the employee lifecycle.
- Overseeing strategic recruitment and onboarding processes aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.
- Collaborating with our global and international team to enhance organisational capabilities and deliver learning & development programs in the local region.
- Partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organisational development needs, gaps, and opportunities and develop targeted interventions.
- Driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts through the established Business Resource Groups.
- Supporting the Communications Lead on developing the communications strategy and executing on the strategy\.
- Partnering with the global and international team to tailor the employer brand to the local region.
- Overseeing the ANJ Engagement Survey, results and action planning.
About You
- Relevant experience in a Senior HR Leadership position.
- Experience with organisational development principles, theories and practices, talent acquisition and learning and development.
- Experience in leading a mid-sized team.
- Demonstrated ability in attracting diverse talent through innovative methods, utilising analytics for talent insights, and crafting talent programs, career paths, and compelling employer branding.
- Knowledge of best practice talent management principles and strategies for building a high-performing culture
- Strategic mindset, with the capacity to translate business objectives into operational outcomes in a commercially focused way.
