Head Office Visual Merchandising Coordinator

• Highly successful apparel brand
• $80K plus Super, car allowance ($10K), petrol card, tolls, phone and laptop
• Based in Rosebery Head Office and in field 
• 12-month maternity leave contract (with a possibility to become permanent)  

Our client is a growing apparel retailer with both brick and mortar and a strong Ecommerce presence, that has a 12-month parental leave opportunity for a Head Office Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordinator to join their team.
  
Reporting to the Head of VM, together you will be accountable for managing the execution of the Visual Merchandising plan in the NSW retail stores.
  
In this dual role, you will be based in their Head Office in Rosebery half the time and and will also be out across 40 + stores in a hands-on capacity.

Main responsibilities include:

• Creation of VM guides and communication
• Execute all VM activities including campaigns, POS, store VM directives, Store VM audits, in-store promotions and new store openings
• Merchandise, photograph and document new season set ups for VM Briefs
• Support the seasonal ‘walkthroughs” to present new season set ups for VM briefs with the core team
• Read and interpret sales and stock reports to assist in driving sales in each store
• Support stock rotation based on product performance and sales shifts
• Maintain store fixture and signage library
• Support the Head of VM on supply, production and delivery of all brand and VM material  

To be successful within this role, you will have:

• 2+ years VM Head Office experience
• Experience with a high-volume apparel brand
• Must have Indesign experience, and Photoshop/ Illustrator experience favourable
• Strong fashion and styling sense
• Good team player and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to use your initiative and stay calm under pressure  

You will be required to visit stores around NSW so you will need to have your own car and driver’s licence. They offer clothing/product discounts and a generous car allowance, petrol card and tolls covered, laptop and mobile phone provided.
  
Note some interstate travel may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
