We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to take on the management role of our Pastry department.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years experience in a Pastry Chef management/leader role - with experience in Viennoserie a must
- Extensive experience and passion for the baking industry with proven excellence
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, developing and leading a team of PASTRY CHEFs with varied levels of experience and skills
- Attention to detail
- Maintaining health and safety standards
