Head Pastry Chef

We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to take on the management role of our Pastry department. 

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years experience in a Pastry Chef management/leader role - with experience in Viennoserie a must
• Extensive experience and passion for the baking industry with proven excellence 
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, developing and leading a team of PASTRY CHEFs with varied levels of experience and skills
• Attention to detail 
• Maintaining health and safety standards
