Offline Campers is an Australian made camper trailer company in Elizabeth that is changing the game in luxury campers. We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter to assist in the manufacturing of camper trailers, working closely with the founder and creator of this fast growing family business.
If you are looking to step up and run a production paint shop then this role is for you. Permanent role, 40 hours per week with flexible hours to fit in life. Hourly rate + super. This role is for immediate start with a 6-month probation period.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in as a Spray Painter ideally in an automotive role
- Experience in painting aluminium, fibreglass and steel using both 2-pac and enamel paints favourable.
- Experience in running a paint shop looked upon very favourably but not essential.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including lifting
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a small team
- Strong problem-solving ability to determine the best way to deliver a quality product
- High level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive approach to multiple tasks and ability to handle pressure at various times
- Factory floor test prior to starting
In addition, it would be advantageous to have:
- Forklift license
- Driver’s license
