360 Health + Community operates three headspace centres along the beautiful coastline south of Perth in Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. We are committed to facilitate excellence in community based healthcare and support for young people aged 12 to 25 years.
We currently have an exciting career progression opportunity for a Senior Access Clinician to join our Fremantle team. In this dynamic position, you will be the initial point of clinical contact for new clients, provide end to end case management and coordination, and be responsible for giving clinical guidance and support to the team.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- have experience in direct service provision to young people and their families including psychosocial assessment, triage and referral pathways.
- demonstrate a strong understanding of effective principles of engagement and, the issues and factors that influence mental health and well-being.
- be skilled in creating an environment that actively encourages young people to participate in decisions relating to their own care.
- have high level communication and presentation skills.
- be able to demonstrate the ability to provide clinical guidance and support to a team with varying levels of experience
- hold a qualification relevant to the provision of mental health services and hold, or be eligible for, corresponding AHPRA registration or AASW membership.

- Hourly rate between $41.35 and $47.02 depending on skills and experience (annual full time equivalent ($81,707 to $92,911)
