The Health and Fitness Unit Manager position will do so by leading the strategic direction of Health and Fitness programs based out of our Leisure Centres. They will work with a diverse team of full time, part time, casual and sessional staff to ensure accessible and and appropriate programming is implemented to meet the needs of our community. We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our Leisure Centre leadership team based at Leisure Centres in Keilor
Downs and Sunshine. The role Reporting to the Manager, Brimbank Leisure Centres, we are seeking a strategic Health and Fitness leader who can bring their skills and experience for:Enhancing community outcomes
Leadership and InnovationStakeholder ManagementTo be considered you will have:Local government experience is desirable
Tertiary qualification in physical education/exercise science, business, or related discipline
Extensive and diverse experience in managing and delivery of programs and services in a recreation facility/environment
Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in Health and FitnessmanagementA Position Description for this role is attached.
