You will be joining THE global leader in Health & Safety consultancy and software with over 135,000 clients worldwide and over 3,500 employees worldwide.
This role offers you the rare opportunity to make your mark at one of Australia’s most exciting companies. Your expert industry knowledge and ability to drive performance and initiatives will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Health & Safety consultancy operation across New South Wales.
What does your day look like?
- Monitor, maintain and improve productivity and utilisation of the Health & Safety Consultancy team.
- Drive and deliver a high-performance culture and manage your team in accordance with the KPI framework.
- Act as an authority on Health and Safety matters within the Consultancy Team and across the business.
- Improve service quality through quality assurance reviews, structured training, and one on one coaching sessions.
- Identify trends at both an individual, team and business level and in collaboration with the business deliver solutions to improve utilisation and engagement of the consultancy service.
- Minimum 5 years of Health & Safety industry experience (high risk experience essential).
- High level technical and practical knowledge of Health and Safety legislative requirements in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching direct reports to drive performance.
- A "can-do" attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer/IT proficiency with demonstrated experience in Excel and Microsoft programs.
