What will you get to do?
Analyse clients' financial and operational performance data to develop performance improvement strategies through consultation and data analysis, develop service delivery plans for hospitals and primary care services, and work on major health and hospital infrastructure projects.
Conduct research to inform the development of best-practice operating models and strategic policy advice
Develop service delivery plans for hospitals, primary care services and human service providers through consultation and data analysis
Develop business cases for a range of health and hospital infrastructure projects
Providing technical advice on a range of financial and operational performance issues facing hospitals and health service providers
Work in partnership with our clients to execute on the reform agenda for the health system.

We are looking for someone with:
A degree in any of the following areas: Health Service Management / Health Information Management, Public Health, Business/Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science
Strong communication skills and keen to work with clinicians and within health services
An analytical mindset and a strong foundation in statistics and mathematics
Drive and a passion for learning
Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship
