About the role
Working closely with the Healthcare Leader and Recruitment team, you will be responsible for maintaining already established relationships with hundreds of live jobs. Using your interpersonal skills to source allied and mental health professionals, manage their recruitment experience and building relationships with your growing candidate pool. We are looking for a driven and Resourcer to take on an already thriving recruitment desk!
This is a busy role that encompasses the full range of recruitment activities and will see you grow and develop into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant running your own desk within 3-6 months!

About you
We are looking for someone who has a desire to support our valued clients in the healthcare industry including disability, mental health and return to work clients. Will need a track record of building strong professional relationships and be able to achieve proven KPI’s which will ensure you are successful placing candidates, progressing and making great commission for yourself .
We need someone with the dedication to providing excellent care and integrity to both clients and candidates to continue our strong reputation! We are looking for someone who is motivated to achieve and exceed their KPI's and targets!
The right candidate will be given all the support and training needed to ensure you hit the ground running!
