A key focus of the Senior Resource Coordinator will be the development of a workforce plan and supporting strategies to ensure skilled resources are on boarded and available for deployment in accordance with the program schedule for statewide implementation.
About the Integrated Workorce Mangement Program:
The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program is a key strategic initiative for Queensland Health that will enhance the roster-to-pay process, deliver positive outcomes to support enhanced workforce management and drive the delivery of tangible benefits for both Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health, through improved tools, processes, and access to workforce decision-support information where and when it is needed.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice, designing and implementing sourcing strategies and processes for the successful acquisition, on-boarding, deployment and retention of resources.
- Proven experience in developing workforce plans to ensure that there are skilled resources available to meet planned service delivery timeframes.
- Proven ability to oversee the provision of recruitment operational support and human resources administration in a team environment.
- Demonstrated application of high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify risk and opportunity, analyse and interpret data and report on performance and trends.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills, negotiation and consultation skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
