About the role
The HSW Business Partner is accountable for the delivery of high level health, Safety and WellbeingBusiness Partnering and services across the Authority. The role will focus on the development, implementation and monitoring of health and safety programs and initiatives, safety system governance and consultative arrangements, reviewing and monitoring workplace incidents, injuries and hazards as well as initiate appropriate investigation processes to identify root causes and improvement opportunities to risk mitigation strategies. The role will also provide advice and coaching to Executive leaders and the Peak and Local Health Safety and Wellbeing committees on the Authority's safety system performance including early identification of emerging risks, risk profiling and reporting of trends and achievements against established targets.

Requirements
Desirable - Appropriate tertiary qualification in WHS Management, Health Science / Psychology, Risk Management or other related discipline.

$97,022 - $102,626 (ASO6)

Special Conditions
