National Safety Manager 
The role of the Safety Manager will be leading safety operationally across the Business reporting directly to the GM HSE. Building key stakeholder relationships, implementing safety strategy, while ensuring all legislation and regulations to are complied with. The main challenges for this role will be leading the process by example, changing behaviour by providing accurate advice and building relationships with internal staff. You will consistently develop, promote, monitor and manage health and safety provisions across the business division.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in occupational health & safety 
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge and minimum eight to ten years’ experience in a safety role across high-risk environments. 
• A practical approach with strong knowledge of legislative requirements
• Demonstrated change management skills through the use of systems improvement and engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and complete action plans with detailed reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with capability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
