- H&S auditing to ISO 45001 and ISO 45003
- H&S legislation and regulatory compliance reviews
- H&S gap assessment, benchmarking, data analysis and reporting
- Contractor management framework reviews
- Psychosocial risk assessment, mental health and well-being programs
- H&S risk assessments
- Critical risk identification and control management
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis Crisis and Emergency Management
- You are able to prepare high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to the senior leadership teams for review.
- You actively seek out opportunities for growth, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and enjoy getting out of your comfort zone.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills to write concise and accurate reports.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety management, including at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in H&S compliance auditing and advisory services, conducting risk assessments, designing H&S Management System Frameworks and developing and implementing corrective actions and mitigation controls
- Ability to apply relevant H&S legislation, regulation, standards and codes of practice
- General H&S technical expertise across a range of areas including high risk work, safety observations / inspections, emergency response, incident reporting and investigation for example
- Demonstrated experience in developing reports and proposals is essential
- Understanding of injury management
