The Opportunity
Due to upcoming parental leave we have a unique leadership opportunity in our Allied & Home Health business, leading up to 30 clinicians based in WA.
Our operational managers in Home & Allied Health are accountable for the delivery of safe and high-quality physiotherapy , occupational therapy and nursing services within their region, while ensuring service delivery and performance targets are met.
As the leader of our WA operations, your responsibilities will be broad - overseeing the delivery of services to customers (including quality and service performance), leading workforce management and rostering/scheduling, driving financial outcomes and business process improvement as well as ensuring that safe & high-quality service delivery is optimised in your region.
Naturally you will need to take an active leadership role in growing and nurturing referrals for our services in WA, in partnership with your clinical leadership peers and our dedicated business development and relationship management teams.
This is a 12-month fixed term position - which ideally could lead to a longer-term permanent opportunity.
About You
This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA registered leader (preferably Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Nursing) who can bring wonderful commercial expertise into our business.
Prior experience around analysing and managing a P&L alongside the capability to seek and comprehend key trends/commercial imperatives and identify root causes of productive and performance (utilisation, service level performance etc...) is of high importance.
As a key operational leader, we are looking for you to continue maintain our focus around quality of care, whether that be quality in our delivery to our customers or within our own teams. We hope that you share our vistion to shift the way healthcare is provided in Australia.
