Resolute Security Services (RSS) is a leading provider of security services throughout Western Australia, and we are currently on a recruitment drive.

Our organisation provides security services to some of Western Australia's most prestigious assets.

We are looking for experienced Security Officers, Crowd Controllers and SUPERVISORS to join our team for Perth Metro and WA Regional area work. 

We are currently looking for applicants interested in Health Care Security both in and around the Perth CBD as well as FIFO positions. 

We supply Security Officers to major hospitals in the Pilbara, Kimberley and Goldfields, as well as remote area health clinics in the Kimberley region. These roles are demanding but also highly rewarding as you are embedded in a team dedicated to the health and well-being of the community. Applicants must also be willing to work in crowd control, loss prevention, asset protection, and health care.

Within the Perth CBD and outer suburbs, we supply a number of hospitals as well as a number of licensed venues. We're looking for talent from Alkimos down to Mandurah. Ideal candidates should be able to perform well in both roles.

To succeed with RSS, you must be capable of competently delivering customer-focused service, working with minimal supervision and having an exceptional eye for detail.

To be successful, you must have:                       

1. Be able to work as a team player
2. Be well presented at all times with excellent communication skills
3. Can do and proactive attitude, you must be highly motivated
4. Current valid Security and/or Crowd Control Licence
5. Valid First Aid Certificate
6. Experience in customer service
7. Be available to work on weekends

Qualifications/ Licenses:

1. Valid First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
2. Current valid W.A. Security/Crowd Controller Licence (mandatory)
3. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (mandatory)
4. Working with Children Check (advantage)
5. Manual C class License (advantage)
6. Operate and Maintain a 4WD vehicle Certificate (advantage)
