Your impact, where you’re really needed.As our highly valued HealthPathways Coordinator, you’ll use your program management skills to assist in the coordination of content development and promotion of the platform.
You’ll make an impact at scale by:
- Supporting the HealthPathways program, a clinical guidance tool for primary care
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders across the public and private health sectors
- Implementing statewide and local health reforms into clinical practice for health professionals in South Western Sydney
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Project management skills and experience
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- The ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
