Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centers, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

The Healthy Cardinia Coordinator will drive objectives from the Cardinia Shire Council’s Liveability Plan and Active Cardinia Strategy. The key focus of this position is to research, develop, deliver and evaluate programs using the Cardinia Outcomes Framework with a constant lens to Cardinia’s priority areas; Improve mental health and wellbeing, improve social cohesion, improve safety, improve healthy eating and active living, reduce family violence, improve financial welllebing and resilience, and reduce harm from tobacco, alcohol, drugs and gambling. The Healthy Cardinia Coordinator will build effective relationships with schools, clubs and associations, community groups and local businesses that allow the delivery of programs into all areas where Cardinia residents live, work and play.
The ultimate goal of this position is to deliver improved health and well-being outcomes for Cardinia residents and influence continuous improvement in programs and services, analysing the impact of our delivery and targeting non-users and specified target groups to Cardinia Leisure Facility offerings.
- Degree in Health Promotion (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills. 3
- Experience in program design, delivery and evaluation.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in planning and delivering events.
- Experience in managing the competing needs of various stakeholders.
- Willing to obtain First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- Working With Children Check.
- Driver’s License
