Hearing Claims Specialist (Full time hours, Temp to Perm opportunities)

The role will involve interviewing clients who have sustained hearing loss in the workplace, gathering required information and documents from the clients, liaising with hearing specialists, and providing guidance to clients on the Hearing Claims process. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service and administration
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Full working rights 

Additionally, and most importantly, you will be compassionate, empathetic, friendly and patient.  You love speaking to people, have a genuine care factor, and want the best possible outcome for people who may be in a vulnerable and sensitive position due to workplace injuries.

This is a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm onsite role based in Pyrmont.  This will be an ongoing temp role with the view to convert to Permanent employment (based on performance).  This role will be right for you if you are looking for a long term, stable position within a fantastic organisation.  Immediate start.
