We are currently looking for Heavy Vehicle and Plant Mechanics based at our Somersby facility.
About You
- A trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel, Plant or Auto-Electrician Mechanic
- A strong work ethic
What we provide
- Full Time Permanent Positions
- Excellent rates plus Shift loadings
- Regular Overtime including Saturdays
- We have positions available on our day shift 6.30am to 2.36pm
In this role you will be responsible for:
- All servicing and repairs to the company's fleet, including trucks, forklifts and company cars
- Major overhauls and midlife rebuilds
- Occasional attendance at side-of-road breakdown jobs requiring repair/service
- Preventative maintenance
- Accident damage and repairs
- New Vehicle pre-delivery and fit outs
- Scissor lift and Boom lift service and repairs
- Welding, machining and fabrication
- Auto electrical and Air conditioning
- Hydrostatic drives, Hydraulic circuits and components
