We are seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant responsible for advising and supporting customers via phone, email, and LiveChat. Utilize our CRM platforms to ensure accurate product information, establish customer requirements for lead generation, and provide advice to bring customers' projects to life.

The role can be based in Victoria, New South Wales, Adelaide or Queensland

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via calls, emails, and LiveChat for technical, color, and service assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using knowledge and available resources
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Document interactions and feedback in CRM
  • Follow up with customers for satisfaction, participate in training, and contribute to process improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Exposure in the paint and design industry in Customer Service and technical support roles is beneficial
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level
  • Computer and tech-savvy
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical and color-related queries through logical thinking and troubleshooting
