About the role
Working autonomously while providing support to IT Services, you will have an exceptional focus on customer experience and be the first point of contact in resolving all desktop/Server/network issues. In this role, you will be driven to find solutions, improve efficiency and be willing to respond to challenges
Skills and experience
- End user support experience with good knowledge of hardware and software.
- Networking knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills for commonly encountered problems.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Physically able to carry and move general computer equipment.
- Familiarity with desktop, network, Routers, Firewall, printers and server hardware
- VMware and Hyper-V
- Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operating systems.
- 1 years or more of experience in IT support/helpdesk
