The Role
We are currently seeking High Intensity Support Workers to support our 14 year old male with a traumatic brain injury residing in his family home in Waikiki.
He requires 24/7 care, full assistance with all 2:1 transfers, personal care and uses an eye gaze for communication.
Skills and Experience:
- Tracheostomy competent
- 02 therapy
- Peg Feeds
- Intermittent catheterisation
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- WA drivers licence and road worthy car
- Right to work in Australia
