Due to substantial growth and workload within the branch, we are seeking applications for a Hire and Service Coordinator to join our team in Roma. This role is perfect for those with a few years of administration experience who are wanting to progress their career within heavy industry.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating rental contracts and organising basic hire requests
- Creating quotes for customers, and following up as required
- Ordering parts, products and materials for our workshop and project teams
- Liaising with key suppliers to attain competitive pricing on all product purchases
- Completing appropriate paperwork and purchase orders as required
- Receipting and reconciling orders against invoices and following up any missing items or back orders
- Assist in scheduling fleet and equipment maintenance as requested by the workshop team
- Complete basic administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A current drivers licence
- An enthusiastic telephone manner
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- The ability to multi task in a busy environment
- Experience in heavy industry or similar is desirable
