As we continue to grow our Holiday Park and Accommodation Business, it is vital that we invest into talent today for future expansions.
We are seeking Holiday Park Guest Service Operators (GSO) for Escape Parks Operations in the Moreton Bay Region (Toorbul Caravan Park and Bells Caravan Park) to fill the following shifts:
- Shift 1:Guest Service at 7:00am - 11:00am followed by Cleaning duties 11:00am - 1:00pm
- Shift 2:Guest Service 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Both shifts run from Mondays to Sundays.
- Weekend availability is a must.
Guest Service Operator: Tasks
Handle the daily operations of the reception which includes, but not limited to the following activities:
- Opening and closing of office reception
- Managing phone calls and other correspondence
- Making bookings and attending to booking requests and enquiries
- Payment processing and handling
- Guest and booking management
- Maintain cleanliness of the office reception
- Cleaning of the amenities
Minimum Requirements
You are not expected to have the required skills and will undergo a group training session to prepare you for the role and winter season. However, it is expected that the following are the minimum requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 45-60 words per minute (front desk operations)
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- A positive blue card is required for the position.
