Blue Mountains Escapes is seeking a Guest Services Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team working alongside our Holiday Rental Property Managers. As a key player, you will ensure that our holiday rental properties align with industry standards outlined in the Code of Conduct for short-term rental accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest enquiries and bookings via email and telephone
- Follow up on guest registrations and outstanding booking payments
- Connect and manage relationships with online travel agents
- Coordinate and communicate with cleaning teams to ensure properties are guest-ready
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews
- Liaise with owners, property managers, and the licensee
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Holiday Rentals policies and procedures
- Represent Blue Mountains Escapes with enthusiasm and positivity
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service
- Develop and maintain strong owner and guest relationships
- Take responsibility for safety and well-being of staff, owners, and guests
- Actively promote and market Blue Mountains Escapes
- Perform other duties as directed by the Licensee
Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in hospitality, property management, property maintenance, or similar
- Equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Previous experience in hospitality and customer relations
- Conflict resolution skills
- Prioritize workload and multitask effectively
- Experience in safety and compliance
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and professional telephone manner
- Sound skills in Property Management Systems or ability to rapidly learn
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
