In your new role, you deliver an optimal client experience while selling Home Care Package solutions that align with client needs to support and enable them to remain living independently in their own home.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working autonomously as part of our Home and Community Sales Team, you will use your entrepreneurial and highly developed communication skills to understand client needs, increase Home Care Package conversion and optimise plans in the Central Coast/Newcastle/Hunter regions. Driving to appointments typically at people’s homes to provide a consultation to them and their families.
Your role will include;
- Conducting both face to face, phone or video conference-based sales consultations
- Developing a care plan that meets client’s goals within their available budget
- Management of portfolio of opportunities to optimise face to face sales time across your region
- Work to realistic and achievable sales KPIs and targets around number of consultation visits & client sign up success rate
- Proactively nurturing & converting prospective clients and onboarding
- Present to community groups around funding options & services available by Catholic Healthcare
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, sound negotiating and problem-solving skills and the drive to succeed. Additionally, you will have;
- Strong ability to build rapport with individuals and in group settings, identify opportunities & leads
- Qualifications in. in Social Science, Nursing, Allied Health or related - desirable
- Min 3 years in a field sales role in Aged Care/Healthcare/Service sector - preferred
- Highly developed planning, time management, consultative sales skills
- Registered & insured motor vehicle & current unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence - km's reimbursed.
- Evidence of Covid 19 and Flu Vaccination will be required
