About the role
As a Home Care Personal Care Worker, you will provide individual support and care to our Home Care clients in accordance with Aged Care Standards.
What you will be doing
- Ensure the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of Home Care Clients are met
- Supporting and assisting Home Care Clients with a range of activities including Personal Care.
- Monitoring, accurately recording and communicating the condition and changing needs of Home Care Clients
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and families to support Home Care Clients care needs
Things that matter to us
- Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- Proof of eligibility to Work in Australia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
