A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to be appointed to our Home Care program based at Merrylands.
The role is accountable for accurately scheduling and coordinating the designated NSW regions Home Care Employees to clients in the community.
We are offering this position as permanent part-time - 60.8 hours a fortnight - 4 days a week.
Part-time hours with flexibility, enabling the Home Care Rostering Coordinator to better balance professional and personal commitments. Operational hours are 6:00am – 6:00pm Mon-Fri and 8:00am – 4:00pm on weekends and Public Holidays.
You must be available to work weekends and Public Holidays, penalty rates will apply.
Possibility to adjust working hours based on individual preferences and needs.
As the Rostering Coordinator your duties will be, but not limited to:
Deliver rosters in a timely accurate format
Manage and maintain rostering services
Coordinate cover for all available shifts and fill unforeseen vacancies due to sickness, annual leave and education requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for inclusion in monthly reports
Providing excellent administration support to the Home Care management team staff
Undertake rotational after-hours Rostering On-Call duties.
