Home Care Services Development Manager

The key objective of this unique position is to create and develop new businesses in Sydney Metro. Utilising the organisations existing client base and building new channels. An innovative approach to Business Development and superior communication skills are a must! This role requires someone with a broader view of the world who can explore future afield consumer opportunities. 

As Home Care Services Development Manager you will help develop and assist with the implementation of new service opportunities for the Home Care side of the business (Aged Care & Disability). You will help build, oversee, and coach a team of coordinators in your portfolio.

• Team Leader level or above - aged care/ community services setting
• Bachelor's degree in Public health, community services, social work, nursing 
• Familiar with funding streams HCP (Essential) & CHSP (Desirable) 
• Experience in case management and business development
• Demonstrated experience in Government funded home aged care programs for at least 2 years
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence with access to own vehicle
