About the role
Join our Aged Care Services team as a Home Care Support Worker. Wherever you live, we want to hear from you.
This role will see you supporting older Australians living at home by taking them out shopping, to and from appointments, and:
Personal care, including showering and self-care
Assisting clients with toileting, continence aids and cleaning their homes
Supporting mobility and transfers
Tasty meal preparation
Medication administration
Social support to live their best life at home
About you
You’ll care about supporting older Australians to maintain their independence at home, and have the following:
Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
Experience working as a community Support Worker is desirable, but not essential
Great communication skills, including literacy and numeracy skills
Full valid Driver’s Licence
Access to a roadworthy vehicle that is registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insurance is a must!
Influenza and COVID vaccination is preferred but not required
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)

From $31 per hour plus a travel allowance of 85c/km
