SalaryYour new role * Lead procurement process for ICT managed service, ensuring new contracts for 2025/26.
- Develop and implement ICT procurement strategies for efficiency and value.
- Coordinate entire contract lifecycle for ICT, from award to transition phases.
- Foster positive procurement culture, championing innovation and customer focus.
- Align procurement services with government and departmental policies.
- Monitor market trends, vendor conditions, and procurement performance.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders for procurement objectives.
- Provide expert advice, support, and guidance on complex procurement matters.
- MUST HAVE prior experience in Procurement, preferably within Government in the ICT or Goods and Services sectors
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective leadership and direction in relation to strategic procurement practices and issues
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, in communicating with staff, management and executives
- Demonstrated ability to consult and interact with external organizations
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking multiple procurement activities from start to finish
- Must be open to undertaking security vetting if eligible for the role
