The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about supporting those at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
You will have high-level case management skills, and a passion to develop a homelessness service and team members to provide a wide range of supports and services that will assist people to secure and maintain stable accommodation.
This is a collaborative role where both internal and external stakeholder relationships are critical and consulting with the Department of Communities and other Homelessness Services are pivotal to achieving a combined goal to reach Net Zero homelessness.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide operational management, strategic development and engagement for Homelessness services delivered throughout the South West.
- Build partnerships and strong, collaborative relationships with relevant industry and community stakeholder groups and first nations peoples.
- Identify, support, develop and facilitate community development initiatives.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or other relevant field of study
- Extensive (2+ years) experience working in Homelessness and/or Community Services
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement activities.

If you are not currently living with 50kms of Bunbury, Accordwest are willing to consider a modest relocation assistance payment to relocate to Bunbury or surrounding suburbs.
