This role is based out of Perth will report to the Service Manager SA/WA, Field Service.As the Team Leader, the focus of your role is to assist, mentor, and coach the team of Field Service Engineers to drive operational and technical performance and deliver an excellent customer experience.In this role you will be responsible for:
- Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
- Conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites;
- Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
- Validation of Getinge equipment, and Business Development of our Validation services.

- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
- People leadership experience - desirable
- An ability to work as part of a team;
- A current A grade Electrical license.
- A mechanical aptitude;
- A valid Driver's Licence;
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
