Your Role: As a Horticulturist at The Garden Barber, you will:

🌱 Engage in a variety of tasks including hedging, mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, and more.

🌱 Conduct pest and disease assessment and management, contributing to overall garden health.

🌱 Showcase your creativity in garden design, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and composting.

🌱 Demonstrate punctuality, organization, accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.

🌱 Efficiently manage time to ensure quality work and adherence to schedules.

🌱 Provide proactive client service, engaging with clients and contributing to sales lead conversions.

🌱 Exhibit self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to show initiative.

Key Requirements:

🌱 A minimum of 2 years of experience as horticulturist or related field, with proficiency in tools and equipment.

🌱 Minimum Horticulture Cert 3, extensive plant knowledge is essential.

🌱 Physical capability to work in hot, humid summer conditions.

🌱 Class C manual driver's license with trailer towing experience.
