This is a full time position, with hours of 8am - 4.30pm. We are a family orientated business and maintain a flexible working environment as much as possible to accommodate personal commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
ABOUT YOU
- The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
- An attention to detail and thoroughness in your work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on customer service
- A willingness to learn new skills if required
Duties will include:
- General administrative, office and reception duties
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliation
- Job entry and scheduling
- Maintain OH&S requirements
Required Computer skills:
- Xero
- Microsoft Office - proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel
- Smartbiz Online - training provided if required
