Multiples positions - Casual
Southern Cross Protection provides Security Services throughout Australia and we are currently recruiting for casual positions for our clients hospitals located in Melbourne's West. This role will be challenging but rewarding, working with a great high performing team and a focus on customer service.
These positions will form part of a 24-hour security team whilst driving the highest standard of quality, compliance, service delivery and client satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Patient watch
- Crowd Control in busy environment
- Assisting clinical staff with verbal de-escalation of patient aggression
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed and that any incidences or discrepancies identified are reported
Role Requirements:
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Up to date Immunisations for Whooping cough, Hepatitis A & B, Measles, Chicken Pox, Tuberculosis, Influenza and Covid
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and personal presentation
- The availability to work rotational roster and available for days, weekends, nights and public holidays
- A current and valid Victorian Security Licence.
- Full Australian working rights
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check or the willingness/ ability to obtain said check
- Hospital Security Experience (Preferred but not essential)
- Crowd Control Experience
