- General bar service and responsibilities - taking orders, pouring beers, making cocktails, docket service etc.
- Making coffees - our coffee trade is on the rise so coffee making skills are highly sort after.
- Venue presentation - things can build up when it's busy so making sure the work space remains tidy is important, we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, to keep things clean.
- All rounder - this position will be primarily bar focused however we all find ourselves in different positions from time to time. This will include being on the floor, running food and drinks, clearing tables, scrubbing glasses etc.
- Reliable availibility Friday to Sunday - Being hospitality the weekend is when business booms so having you onboard with us on those days is a must.
- Strong work ethic / ability to work independently - We're looking for someone who is happy and confident to get in and make this position their own. There's always something to do in a bustling little venue like ours and we'd love to find someone who's willing to get in and get it done with us.
- Eagerness to learn - We are constantly trying to improve our team and venue so when you come onboard with us want to help you develope too, so being eager to learn new things and new ways of doing things is key.
- 20 - 25 hours a week (depending on trade) to start with, more hours may be available for the right candidate.
