Position Description
- Lead and oversee daily hospitality operations across multiple Food and Beverage outlets.
- Maintain and refine strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Manage the business's financial performance by achieving agreed benchmarks across Food COGs, Beverage COGs, and labor percentages.
- Lead from the front to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences to all internal and external stakeholders.
Position Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams of 50+
- Exceptional leadership abilities, highly effective communication skills, and a robust background in recruitment and training.
- Extensive hands-on experience in front-of-house operations, with a strong background in food and beverage.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume, multi-site operations.
- Proficient in operating systems, encompassing expertise in procurement, invoicing, POS systems, and restaurant ordering platforms.
- Solid comprehension of compliance requirements, particularly in Food Safety and liquor licensing, and the ability to interpret legislation.
- In-depth understanding of P&L management, with the capability to analyze data, strategically influence profit lines, and effectively manage and control expense lines.
- Proven experience leading strategic and business planning, including asset management plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing complex logistical challenges.
- Significant expertise encompassing the entire circle of human resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and rewards and recognition.
- Collaborate with the events teams to drive the acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Lead initiatives in property management to achieve targeted occupancy rates and enhance yield optimization.
