We are looking for someone to lead our small high performing team at Newcastle's boutique Terminus Apartment Hotel.

About the role:
The role is wide ranging and broad. It covers hotel management, bookkeeping, revenue management and business development. You will have a great deal of autonomy to make decisions and make improvements where you can see opportunities. We have also prided ourselves on being nimble and fast reacting in the competitive Newcastle space.
Your primary role is to support and guide the team, assisting at times and coaching at others.
Each of our apartments is individually owned so there is a degree of liaising with owners. The building is extremely cohesive and we have a very supportive ownership group.
